Terms of Use

1. Account and signup

To contract a .mx.tv address or create a channel you need an account with true data (name, email and phone). You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.

2. .mx.tv address

The .mx.tv address is licensed for use on the platform while your contract is active. Names have a value class: some are free, others are paid, and some require approval by the MX.TV team before activation. Names that violate third-party rights, trademarks or the law may be suspended.

3. Channel and content

Content published on your channel is your responsibility. Illegal content, content that violates copyright, or content that harms third parties is not allowed. Content generated with the platform AI tools follows the same rules.

Material generated or processed with the platform AI tools may not be used to exploit minors, for deepfake or for a real person's image without consent, for military, nuclear or weapons purposes, or to remove a watermark, provenance or safety filters. In commercial use, that material also may not be used to train a competing model outside the permitted derivatives.

4. Plans, payments and renewal

Plans, the address, credits and add-on packs are separate items, with prices shown before you contract. Subscriptions renew automatically on the contracted cycle (monthly or yearly); you can cancel renewal at any time in the dashboard. If payment is missed, the channel may be suspended after the grace period.

5. Monetization and auctions

Monetization features (fan subscriptions, exclusive content, support) follow the platform fees shown in the finance dashboard. Name auctions have their own rules published on each auction page.
