How MX.TV looks after your personal data, in line with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018).
1. What we collect
Signup data (name, email, phone), contract data (addresses, plans, payments) and platform use data (channel visits, statistics). We do not sell your data to third parties.
2. What we use it for
To operate your account, activate and renew addresses and plans, process payments, provide support, show your channel statistics and meet legal duties. Payments are processed by certified partners — MX.TV does not store your full card number.
3. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or objection to the processing of your data at any time. Just open a ticket in the category Privacy and data or write to privacidad@mx.tv.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login and security, and optional statistics cookies according to your choice in the consent notice. You can review that choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
